Terminals at JAX
Upper level and departures
Ticketing and check-in counters, the upper departure curb, hotel shuttle pickup on the north side of the upper level, and the valet booth on the departure level.
Security and concourses
The security checkpoint is on the second floor. The Delta Sky Club is airside in Concourse A near Gate A3.
Moving between terminals
JAX has a single security checkpoint, with both concourses reached after screening. You do not choose a concourse before you go through security.
