Ways to reach JAX

• Taxi and limousine

  Taxi, limousine and shared-ride booths

  On the lower level outside baggage claim. No reservations are needed for arriving passengers. The airport's taxi line is 904-222-2222.

• Rideshare

  Uber and Lyft

  Lyft and Uber pick up at the lower arrival curb outside baggage claim, marked with "App-Based Rides Service" signs at Door 3. Rideshare drivers drop off on the upper departure curb.

• Hotel shuttle

  Hotel shuttles

  Hotel shuttle pickup is on the north side of the upper-level departure curb. Check with your hotel whether it provides shuttle service.

• Rental car

  Rental cars

  Rental car counters are on the lower level. To return an on-airport rental, drive into the ground floor of the parking garage next to the terminal.

• Pre-arranged

  Pre-arranged transportation

  Authorized pre-arranged providers must pick up passengers in the Ground Transportation Area. Pickups in the Hourly Garage or on the public curb are not allowed.
