The Thomas F. Riley Terminal is one building with Terminals A, B and C. The terminal areas connect airside, so you can move between them after security. Each terminal area has one checkpoint on the upper Departures level.

The Ground Transportation Center is on the lower Arrivals level, between the A2 and B2 parking structures. From baggage claim, take the escalator down and cross at the crosswalk near the John Wayne statue. Taxis, pre-arranged shuttles and car shuttles depart from here.
Rideshare pickup is on Level 3 of parking structures A2, B2 and C. After you collect your bags, follow the signs to Rideshare Pickup. Drivers cannot wait at the curb.
Nine rental companies operate on site, walkable from baggage claim, according to a third-party guide. They include Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, National, Alamo, Dollar, Thrifty and Sixt.
Courtesy shuttles from the off-airport Main Street lot run every 15 minutes from 4:30 a.m. to midnight. The buses are lift-equipped. Pickup is at the Ground Transportation Center and in front of Terminal C arrivals.
A free cell phone lot near MacArthur Boulevard is used for picking up arriving passengers, according to a third-party guide.
