El Paso, Texas KELP #76 US airport by passengers

How ELP is laid out and how to move between buildings.

Terminals at ELP

Lower level

Ticketing and check-in counters, baggage claim, car rental and the ground transportation waiting area. The meeter and greeter area is here, behind the main terminal.

Upper level

Departures, the TSA checkpoint, the concourse food and shopping, and the gates.

Concourse A (West, gates A1 to A4)

American Airlines and American Eagle use these four gates.

Concourse B (East, gates B1 to B11)

All other airlines use these gates. Wikipedia lists the typical gates for Delta at B1, Southwest at B3, B5 to B7, United at B8 and B9, Allegiant at B10 and Frontier at B11. Gate assignments can change.

Moving between terminals

Both concourses sit behind the same security checkpoint, so you walk between them after screening. Allow a few minutes if your gate is at the far end of the other concourse.
