Where to park at ALB
Albany has short-term, garage, long-term and economy parking. The airport's parking map lists these rates, and the lots take E-ZPass Plus and credit cards.
Short-term
$24 per day, directly across from the terminal on the first level of the North Garage. The parking map lists the first 30 minutes free, and the parking page lists the first hour free, so check the current policy.
North and South garages
$18 per day. The North Garage covers floors 2 to 4 and the South Garage covers floors 1 to 4. Both have free electric-vehicle charging.
Long-term
$12 per day, in the surface lot behind the North Garage. E-ZPass Plus drivers exit through the main lane, or use the back entrance to avoid it.
Economy E-Lot
$7 per day, southeast of the airport off Albany Shaker Road. A free shuttle runs to the terminal around the clock.
Cell phone lot
Two minutes from the terminal on the right side of Albany Shaker Road as you approach from I-87. It is a good place to wait for arriving passengers.
