Checkpoints and tips
Each terminal has its own checkpoints and the lines can be long at peak times. Chicago winters add weather risk that affects line length.
- Use the checkpoint with the shortest line within your terminal. Many terminals have more than one.
- TSA PreCheck is available at the major checkpoints.
