Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC) terminal guide

Anchorage, Alaska PANC #59 US airport by passengers

How ANC is laid out and how to move between buildings.

Terminals at ANC

South Terminal

Holds the airline ticket counters, the main TSA checkpoint on Level 2, and gates in Concourses A, B and C. Baggage claim is on Level 1, and the Alaska Lounge is in Concourse C.

Concourse C

The newest part of the South Terminal, rebuilt in 2004, with gates C1 to C9. The Alaska Lounge is near gate C1, and there is a Starbucks.

North Terminal

The international terminal, with its own checkpoint on the upper level. Free shuttle service links it to the South Terminal.

Moving between terminals

The two terminals do not connect airside. If you move between the South and North terminals, you must leave security, take the free shuttle to the other terminal, and clear security again there. Allow extra time for this.
